1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories that are used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- A refund will be issued through the original payment method
If rejected (due to damage, use, or missing items), the product will be sent back to you.
3. Exchange Policy
We also offer exchanges for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary)

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
